The Mental Health Services displayed under the category of “SMHA, Delhi licensed Psychiatric Nursing Homes/Hospitals” have been assessed by SMHA, Delhi before licensing for compliance to standards as prescribed under State Mental Health Rules framed under Mental Health Act, 1987. Any violation of licensing terms by SMHA, Delhi licensed Psychiatric Nursing Homes/Hospitals or of Mental Health Act, 1987 by any individual/group of individuals/organization within National Capital Territory of Delhi may be brought to the notice of SMHA, Delhi. Although the Mental Health Services offered outside the limits of National Capital Territory of Delhi in the National Capital Region have been included in view of comprehensiveness and public convenience, it may please be noted that the authority of SMHA, Delhi is limited to the boundaries of National Capital Territory of Delhi and any complaint against the Mental Health Services outside National Capital Territory of Delhi has to be made before the competent authority of respective State.
